Experience advising companies on US federal and state privacy laws is required.Developing internal data protection programsConducting privacy assessments and building out data mapsPerforming data protection impact assessmentsDrafting privacy policiesNegotiating data processing agreementsAdvising on cutting-edge or high-risk privacy issues, like AI, adtech, health data, biometric data, and/or kids and teen dataStrong academic credentials are required. Prior peer law firm experience is a plus.
