Support US state privacy law operations and enhance the client privacy program

Assist with implementing and operationalizing state and federal privacy law requirements

Support Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) processes and privacy-related issue resolution

Ensure timely completion of consumer privacy requests
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate privacy practices into business processes and product development
-
Maintain privacy compliance documentation and support ongoing privacy initiatives
Essential Job Functions
-
Support development and documentation of business requirements related to privacy law compliance
-
Collaborate with Legal, Product, Security, IT, and internal teams to implement privacy requirements
-
Assist in developing privacy training materials, job aids, and presentations
-
Support implementation of product-related privacy requirements across the enterprise
-
Identify, document, and track privacy risks and support remediation efforts
-
Participate in Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) reviews and maintain documentation
-
Support privacy-by-design and data governance initiatives
-
Assist with DSAR operations including request tracking, workflow support, issue resolution, and reporting
-
Support handling of privacy complaints and consumer privacy requests
-
Assist with supplier privacy assessments, questionnaires, and audit activities
-
Maintain privacy-related documentation, questionnaires, and process materials
-
Identify process improvement opportunities and support workflow automation initiatives
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
-
2–4 years of experience in privacy, compliance, technology, data governance, digital operations, or related fields
-
Experience supporting consumer privacy request processes (DSARs) preferred
-
Familiarity with privacy tools, workflows, and privacy-enabling technologies preferred
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of privacy regulations such as CCPA and other state privacy laws

Understanding of privacy-enabling technologies

Knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies

Ability to translate privacy laws into business requirements

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field
-
Preferred certifications: CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, and/or CISM
