Are you an experienced Prior Authorization Specialist looking to join a growing healthcare organization? We are adding multiple team members to support our expanding operations and are seeking detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Highlights
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Locations: Sandy, UT
This position trains onsite but has the potential to become hybrid or remote after training!!

What You'll Do
Process and manage prior authorization requests
Verify insurance coverage and benefits
Work closely with providers, payers, and internal teams
Follow up on authorization approvals, denials, and appeals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures
Provide exceptional support throughout the authorization process

Qualifications
Prior Authorization experience preferred
Healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or medical office experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
