Ultimate Staffing is seeking candidates for a Prior Authorization Specialist role in Rocky Mount, NC!
This is a Full-Time, Temp-Perm, IN OFFICE position.
Qualified candidates MUST have experience obtaining prior authorization experience.
Pay will be $17-18/hr
Job Duties:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow up with prior authorization status
Verifying medical insurance for patient
Perform Medical Benefit investigations to determine eligibility
Provide accurate information
Provide appropriate follow-up
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller
