Printing Press Operator (Wide Web Flexographic)

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate flexographic printing presses designed for poly film substrates.
Prepare, adjust, and maintain inks, plates, anilox rolls, and substrates in accordance with job tickets and specifications.
Monitor color consistency, registration, and overall print quality
Pull proofs and inspect samples throughout the run.
Accurately record production data, material usage, and machine settings.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of inks/solvents.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs; troubleshoot press-related issues to minimize downtime.
Qualificiations:
Knowledge: Flexographic printing processes, ink systems, color theory, and press mechanics.
