Responsibilities
- Set up and operate offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Monitor press operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
- Adjust ink and water balance, color registration, and other settings as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of production runs and materials used.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Offset Pressman or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, color theory, and materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
