    Job Description
    We’re looking for a Printing Apprentice to join our Wide Format Production team and learn the ins and outs of large-format print production in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s curious, motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to build real-world skills alongside experienced professionals.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:
    • Where creativity meets production — and details matter.
    • Assist with wide format printing, cutting, laminating, mounting, and finishing
    • Learn how to operate and maintain professional wide format production equipment
    • Support material preparation, setup, and workflow organization
    • Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency
    • Help prepare graphics and materials for installation or delivery
    • Learn production best practices focused on efficiency, quality, and execution
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
    • Work alongside experienced team members to build technical skills and confidence
    • Help identify production or quality issues before they impact deadlines
    • Assist with inventory organization, material handling, and shop workflow

    WHAT YOU BRING:

    • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
    • Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
    • Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to contribute
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
    • Basic mechanical aptitude or comfort working with equipment is a plus
    • Previous experience in printing, signage, production, graphics, or hands-on trade work is helpful — but not required

    TOOLS & KNOWLEDGE:
    • Interest in learning wide format printing and finishing workflows
    • Exposure to vinyl graphics, signage, print production, or fabrication is a plus
    • Ability to learn equipment operation, material handling, and production setup
    • Understanding that quality, consistency, and efficiency all matter
    • Willingness to learn both the creative and technical sides of productio
