Printer Operator
Job Location: Rancho Cordova, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $21-$22/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-4:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience operating production or warehouse machinery? Our client is looking for a reliable and motivated Printer Operator to join their team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with production, warehouse, printing, or machine operation experience who is comfortable learning new equipment and working in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, hands on, detail oriented, and eager to learn. Previous machine operation or warehouse experience is a plus, but we're especially interested in someone with a strong work ethic who can learn the company's equipment and processes quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production and processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Set up machines and load materials according to job requirements
- Monitor machines throughout production runs
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make basic adjustments to equipment as needed
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
- Package, label and prepare finished products for shipment
- Assist with material handling, kitting, and general warehouse duties as needed

You will be supporting a well established company that specializes in fulfillment, warehousing, print production, kitting, and distribution services for a variety of customers in Rancho Cordova, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous machine operation, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive production and warehouse tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the work area
