HV Imaging is one of the fastest growing Canon dealerships in the Baltimore-Washington area. We specialize in in-house leasing with Canon Financial. In addition to a base salary, all expenses to include parking and mileage are covered as well. This can be a rewarding opportunity to join a fast-growing customer service-oriented team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Triage all client IT/Networking printer/copier calls.
• Prior experience in maintaining and repairing copiers and printers, experience with Canon Machines, Canon Production Machines, and ImagePress Machines are highly desired. Production and Wide Format certifications are a plus.
• Troubleshoot and fix copiers/printers in an assigned geographic area.
• Service customers in the Baltimore-Washington area.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end users.

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience servicing printers/copiers is required, preferably Canon.
• Certification in any of the following is highly desired:
• • Canon ATSP Certification (ATSP)
  • Canon Certified Technician (CCT)
  • Advanced Office Imaging (AOI)
  • G7 or G7+ Expert Certification
  • PRISMAsync Certified Professional
  • Canon Factory-Trained and Certified Service Technician
  • Canon imagePRESS Specialist certification
  • Fiery Certified Professional/Expert
  • Fogra Process Standard Digital (PSD) Certification
  • MSSC Certified Production Technician (CPT)
• A positive professional demeanor with a Team Spirit
• Must possess excellent verbal and technical communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and fixing things.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly network protocols, Microsoft Office applications, and desktop technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old or older with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence.
