Description
Join our team in Northridge, CA, a vibrant community known for its innovation and growth. We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented PCB Designer to contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in schematic capture, high-density multilayer PCB layout, and working with flex and rigid-flex circuit assemblies.
- Proficiency in RF and high-speed signal routing, impedance control, length matching, and crosstalk mitigation.
- Work with high-speed electronics, multi MCU systems for low power wearable devices, and class 3 medical products.
- Create component footprints, models, and manage component libraries.
- Place components, route signals, and generate Gerber and ODB files, preferably using Altium.
- Determine optimum layer stack-up for PCB design.
- Experience with Altium Designer Schematic Capture or similar (Orcad), Altium A365, and PCB Layout Tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as IPC for board design.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external PCB manufacturing houses with DFM activities to resolve technical queries (EQs).
- Work with CAD models to perform 3D clearance checks against mechanical enclosures.
- Skilled in optimizing designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.
