SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 3:00pm to 11:30pm

WHAT YOULL DO
- Assist press operators with the setup, preparation, and teardown of flexographic printing jobs, including plate mounting, ink mixing, and material staging.
- Support production operations by loading and unloading rolls, maintaining material flow, monitoring basic machine performance, and reporting equipment issues.
- Perform quality inspections on printed labels to verify alignment, color accuracy, and overall print quality while assisting with production documentation and job tracking.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by cleaning press equipment, ink systems, work areas, and properly managing tools and production materials.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in a print shop or manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Candidates with printing, press support, or similar hands-on production experience strongly encouraged
- Comfortable working in a support role assisting operators with cleaning rolls, handling inks/dyes, and maintaining workflow
- Ability to follow direction, stay on task, and work in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials, and working around machinery.
