Title: Print Services Engineer
Location: Remote or Racine, WI
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert and Level 3 escalation point for enterprise print services, supporting the Print Operations team, Fleet Manager, and other technical teams.
  • Partner with HP engineers to implement, configure, and troubleshoot the HP print management platform and supporting infrastructure, including servers, network connectivity, VLANs, and integrations.
  • Provide hands-on technical support throughout the HP deployment lifecycle, including Proof of Concept (POC), pilot, U.S. production rollout, and initial phases of the global rollout.
  • Troubleshoot complex print, infrastructure, network, and print management platform issues, coordinating resolution with HP and internal technical teams as needed.
  • Support and maintain the existing Ricoh print environment and Streamline NX platform during the transition to the new HP solution.
  • Administer, monitor, and optimize the print environment using HP Web Jetadmin, HP Advance, HP Security Manager, Streamline NX, and related technologies.
  • Monitor fleet health, availability, security, and compliance, partnering with Information Security and infrastructure teams to implement standards and remediate issues.
  • Support printer discovery, onboarding, configuration, and migration activities associated with the global printer refresh.
  • Provide technical expertise for secure printing capabilities, including print-anywhere and badge-based pull printing.
Top 5 Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and managing enterprise-scale print services, print management platforms, and supporting infrastructure
  • Experience supporting large-scale printer refresh, migration, or print platform implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise printing, networking, infrastructure, and printer security/compliance best practices
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise print management tools such as HP Web Jetadmin, HP Advance, HP Security Manager, Streamline NX, or comparable platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues and provide recommendations based on technical expertise
