We are a variable data print shop specializing in casino and gaming direct mail campaigns. Our work is fast-paced, detail-driven, and requires a high level of technical precision. We produce high-volume, personalized print materials for major casino clients — and we do it right.
What You'll Do
- Produce variable data print files using production art in XMPie/Adobe InDesign
- Set up and manage print-ready files for high-volume casino mailers
- Work with customer databases to build and manage variable data campaigns
- Support direct mail presort processing and postal compliance
- Utilize Excel for data manipulation, list management, and reporting
- Collaborate closely with management to learn shop-specific workflows and standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign — this is non-negotiable; you should be able to hit the ground running
- Self-directed and independent — you won't be micromanaged; we expect you to own your work
- Eager to learn — comfortable observing, absorbing, and mastering new processes on the fly
- Attention to detail — variable data and casino work leave no room for error
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and list processing
- Experience with direct mail presort and database management is a strong plus
- Ability to troubleshoot file and production issues without hand-holding
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site — remote work is not available for this position
- Portfolio or examples of InDesign work preferred
- Prior experience in a print production environment a plus
