Pay: $23.53–$25.28/hour, DOE
Position: Temporary | September 7–18
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Print Production Coordinator for a short-term assignment supporting a busy print production operation in Southwest Houston. This is a great opportunity for someone with digital printing and production experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can jump in quickly with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate digital print equipment, digital presses, and wide-format printers.
  • Prepare files for production, including PDF manipulation, color calibration, imposition, fonts, inks, and color checks.
  • Produce finished print materials while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Perform bindery and finishing tasks, including cutting, folding, and large-format production.
  • Work directly with clients to assist with print job creation and provide courteous, professional service.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight or last-minute deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Keep production areas organized and assist with general shop maintenance as needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience with digital print production and print equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of print file preparation, PDFs, color calibration, and imposition.
  • Experience with bindery and finishing processes is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finished products.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Important Pre-Employment Requirement
  • Candidates selected for the position will be required to successfully complete a TB X-ray and 10-panel drug screen prior to starting.
