We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Copy Center / Mail Services Associate to support daily operations within the Copy Center, Mail Center, and Wide Format production areas. This position is responsible for completing finishing work, processing and shipping high volumes of packages, creating Client shipping labels, and assisting with mail center and wide format production tasks. A candidate with copy center or print production experience who enjoys providing excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This role supports copy center, printing, shipping, and mail center operations in a fast-paced production environment. The individual will handle high-volume package processing, create Client shipping labels, perform copy and wide-format printing and finishing, and assist with daily Mail Center operations. The position requires the safe and efficient operation of production equipment while maintaining strong quality, productivity, and customer service standards. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a copy center, print shop, mailroom, shipping, or similar production environment. They should be customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable operating copy and wide-format equipment, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. The position involves extensive standing, frequent handling and lifting of packages and print materials weighing less than 50 lbs, and regular operation of copy center and wide-format production equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) Typically Required: - Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field. - Some related copy job experience is preferred. - May require valid driver s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy. WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level - Work assignments are diversified. Walking between buildings may be necessary. - Moderate dexterity regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
