Print Production and Fleet Management

Manage daily operations of the print production center and provide contracted office services, including copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. Responsible for the daily operations of a solo-person site supporting print production, managed print, copy, imaging, mail, courier, hospitality, and related office services.

Overview

Responsible for the daily operations of a solo-person site supporting print production, managed print, copy, imaging, mail, courier, hospitality, and related office services. Supports a print production center and maintains oversight of approximately 30 Ricoh multifunction devices. Responsible for maintaining documentation related to print activity and key-operator details, operating required equipment and software efficiently, and maintaining service levels. This role requires daily plant walks to inspect multifunction devices and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the print production center and provide contracted office services, including copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.

• Operate PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, mail equipment, and related software to meet service level agreements.

• Support production print operations and fleet management for approximately 30 multifunction devices.

• Perform daily checks and inspections of multifunction devices throughout the plant and report equipment, facility, or service issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation for print details, key-operator activities, work orders, inspections, reports, and facility-related issues.

• Process, sort, distribute, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail; support shipping and receiving and courier services as required.

• Provide reception, switchboard, conference room, hospitality, and A/V resource support as needed.

• Maintain office-supply inventory and reorder materials and supplies as required.

• Monitor contracted vendors and interact with facility management, occupants, customers, and other service providers as needed.

• Maintain formal daily contact with customers and provide professional customer service and operational support.

• Support effective implementation and management of service excellence programs.

• Collect, maintain, and provide operational data to assigned leadership and customers, including monthly customer reports.

• Effectively utilize company materials and supplies to support cost-of-goods and profitability requirements.

• Ensure financial and operational responsibilities are met.

• Maintain positive internal working relationships through professional communication.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1+ year of experience in a related field, including B2B, technical, production print, or fleet management experience.

• 1+ year of previous customer-facing experience required.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology with basic technical aptitude.

• Ability to operate office, print, imaging, mail, and multifunction equipment and related software.

• Moderate problem-solving skills and tactical thought processing.

• Basic customer service skills.

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to present information to a small group.

• Ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, reports, and operational data.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk the plant daily to perform equipment checks.
