ABOUT DMM DIRECT: We are a digital mail printing company. We print & process mail pieces for multiple clients nationally. We are located in the industrial park in Scarborough, ME (Haigis Pkwy by I-95). Position Overview: The Print Operator is responsible for setting up the insert machine and producing accurate work on a timely basis. The Operator must work successfully within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, manufacturing, and warehouse environment. *Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Schedule: 1st shift: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm Starting Wage: $20.00/hour (DOE) Duties / Responsibilities: - Set up and operate insert machines (Bonus if you are familair with Pitney Bowes, Gunther, or Bell & Howell).
- Perform daily maintenance on insert machine to ensure efficiencies.
- Work with the QA team throughout insert runs.
- Adhere to client confidentiality requirements, compliance, and HIPAA regulations.
- Assist fulfillment and belting as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, to assist DMM attain business goals.

Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Experience with Gunther, Pitney, and/or Bell & Howell inserters highly desired.
Physical Requirements in Manufacturing Setting: - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand up to 8-10 hours each day.
