Print Operator

Print Operator – Job Description

• Operate and monitor printing and production machinery to produce quality products.
• Set up machines according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Load raw materials and printing supplies into production equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper print quality, alignment, and production speed.
• Inspect printed materials for defects, color consistency, alignment, and overall quality.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting during production.
• Make adjustments and minor corrections as needed to maintain production standards.
• Maintain accurate production counts and complete required paperwork.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements.
• Safely operate hand tools, measuring equipment, and production machinery.
• Perform quality-control checks throughout the production process.
• Identify and remove defective products or materials.
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Communicate machine problems, material shortages, and quality concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production and quality goals.
• Maintain consistent attendance and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
