Position Summary
We are a 24/7, 365 day printing operation that handles sensitive healthcare information. This role is ideal for someone who can balance compassion and kindness with professionalism, accuracy, and strong customer service in a fast paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high volume digital production printers in a corporate mailroom setting
• Fold and insert documents into various envelope types using automated inserter equipment
• Verify print jobs against documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Complete printing, inserting, postage application, and job closure within established timelines
• Perform additional mailroom and production tasks as needed throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
• Follow all company policies related to data privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a print production or mailroom environment
• 1+ year of experience working with Excel, PDF files, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during the workday
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Education

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

** This position involves standing and physical activity for most of the shift and working in a production focused environment with strict deadlines.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The hourly rate for this remote role is $18.50. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
