Role Description
\n
The Print House is seeking a full-time, on-site Print Account Manager / Prepress Coordinator to join our front-of-house team.
\n
\n
This position combines customer account management, project coordination, and hands-on prepress preparation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and manage multiple print projects from the initial request through quoting, design, proof approval, production, and completion.
\n
\n
You will gather project specifications, prepare quotes, process orders, manage timelines, and keep customers informed throughout the process. When design assistance is required, you will act as the liaison between the customer and graphic designer, communicating project requirements, revisions, and feedback clearly.
\n
\n
Once a project receives final approval, you will review the artwork for print readiness, use Adobe and Imposing software to prepare the file for production, verify that it matches the order specifications, and add the completed job to the appropriate print list.
\n
\n
This is not a passive customer-service role, a sales-only account-management position, or a traditional graphic-design position. It requires strong customer-service skills, technical accuracy, urgency, accountability, and the ability to think ahead.
\n
\n
Work Ethic, Pace & Stress Expectations - Read Carefully
\n
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility position. Successful candidates remain focused and productive throughout their shift while managing multiple customers, projects, proofs, revisions, deadlines, and production requirements.
\n
\n
The role regularly involves:
\n
- \n
- Managing a multitude of customer accounts and projects at different stages
- \n
- Handling time-sensitive requests and changing priorities

- \n

- \n
- Reviewing project details and files carefully to prevent costly errors
- \n
- Following projects through to completion without losing track of outstanding items
- \n

Accuracy is essential. Mistakes can affect materials, production schedules, delivery deadlines, and customer trust. You must be able to remain calm, organized, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
\n
We value positivity, momentum, accountability, and a “finish the job” mindset. If you prefer a slow, laid-back, or loosely structured work environment, this role will not be a good fit.
