Akkodis is seeking a Principle Product Manager for a Direct Hire with a client in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate will drive the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of the Syndications product line by identifying market opportunities, defining product direction, and leading cross-functional execution.
Salary Range: $150K/annum to $160K/annum; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Principle Product Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Own the Syndications line of business, including product strategy, roadmap planning, market positioning, and commercial performance.
Identify and evaluate market expansion opportunities, developing business cases and strategic growth initiatives.
Conduct customer, prospect, and industry research to validate market needs and inform product direction.
Define and prioritize product capabilities while aligning engineering, sales, implementation, and leadership teams on execution plans.
Develop competitive positioning and recommendations on build, buy, or partner strategies to drive business growth.
Establish and monitor success metrics, guiding new product initiatives from concept through launch and adoption.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Commercial Banking Technology.
Deep expertise in syndicated lending, commercial banking operations, and financial technology products.
Proven ability to define product strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and lead market expansion initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
