    Description We are seeking a customer-obsessed Principal User Experience Designer to define, articulate, and champion the future vision for product experiences within our AWS Agentic AI organization. In this role, you will excel at investigating, understanding, and designing experiences that solve complex customer problems through innovative solutions. Your passion is translating abstract concepts into solid design deliverables such as complex workflows, wireframes, user interface designs, interaction models, and prototypes. You'll be working within our Agentic AI organization, which is focused on developing autonomous AI systems that can handle complex workflows, make decisions, and solve problems with human-like reasoning capabilities. Basic Qualifications *12+ years of design experience *Available online portfolio demonstrating design work *Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design *Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution *Hands-on proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) Preferred Qualifications *Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data *Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision *Experience designing for enterprise software or developer tools *Experience with AI/ML products or complex technical domains *Track record of mentoring designers and elevating team capabilities *Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
