Principal Technical Program Manager – Morris County, NJ
We’re seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for a right-to-hire opportunity with a client in Morris County, NJ. This role requires 3 days onsite per week and will lead complex technology and AI-driven initiatives within an Agile environment.
The PM will partner with Product, Development, Engineering, and IT teams to drive annual and quarterly portfolio planning, AI initiatives, project delivery, roadmaps, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical program management experience, strong Scrum/Kanban and SAFe expertise, and experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams. HCM experience is highly preferred, along with experience supporting AI/technology initiatives and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning, and executive presentation skills are essential.
