Principal Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead and drive cross-functional technology initiatives across a growing organization. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical execution while delivering programs from planning through completion.

You will partner closely with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to manage priorities, drive execution, and bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments. This is a highly visible role requiring strong ownership, communication, and the ability to operate independently without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver multiple technology and operational initiatives from planning through execution
  • Drive prioritization and alignment across stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Coordinate efforts across internal teams and third-party partners
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Support compliance and audit-related initiatives, including tracking requirements and remediation efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and streamline workflows
  • Establish and track performance metrics to measure success across initiatives
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks associated with ongoing programs
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on progress and key challenges
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, and organizational change efforts
  • Maintain clear documentation to support program tracking and governance
