Masco has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for delivering critical, senior level talent for Masco. This highly visible position reports to Masco's Enterprise Talent Acquisition Leader.  Interacting with Masco's senior business and Human Resource leaders, this role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy and recruitment plan to timely recruit required senior level talent for Masco opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic, consultative partnerships to Masco's senior leaders and Human Resource leadership as the enterprise expert on senior search processes while owning the overall hiring leader and candidate experience.

  • Provides an exceptional candidate and customer centric experience; continuously seeks opportunities to improve senior level candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Partners with Masco's Talent Management and HR teams to identify internal candidates for current and future senior level opportunities.

  • Creates pipelines of proactively sourced senior talent, establishing relationships to turn prospects into future candidates. Researches, identifies, engages, assesses and cultivates relationships with external talent.

  • Establishes a compelling employee value proposition relevant to senior level and specialized talent.

  • Work with Masco's Talent Management team to elevate how candidates are assessed using proven best practices and partners to deliver an integrated talent acquisition strategy that supports broader talent and enterprise goals.

  • Applies a continuous improvement mindset and could own projects to improve recruiting processes, hiring practices and stakeholder experiences.

  • Track talent acquisition trends, share market insights, and recommend actions to the business.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or equivalent related professional experience.

  • 8+ years of experience managing full life-cycle recruitment with at least 3 years' experience in senior leadership recruitment.

  • Advanced search experience and demonstrated success finding, engaging and closing senior level talent through excellent relationship skills plus strong business and commercial acumen.

  • Experience recruiting across a diverse set of senior/leadership and niche level positions including marketing, sales, supply chain, technology/engineering.

  • Demonstrated success managing the recruitment for multiple positions at a time with a variety of seniority levels and skills requirements.

  • Effective negotiation, influence, and communication skills.

  • Experience with confidential searches and ability to navigate a hiring process with discretion and tact.

  • Organized, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Analytical with experience using Excel and comfort leveraging data to make decisions.

  • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and modern sourcing tools (i.e., Workday / Phenom).
