Principal Systems Safety Engineer

• As a Principal Systems Safety Engineer you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our systems.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety strategies, conducting hazard analyses, and providing guidance on safety regulations and standards.
• Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the highest level of safety for our products and solutions.
• Epic consists of heads-up displays, touch screen controllers, flight management system, navigation system, communication systems, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement safety strategies for our systems
• Conduct hazard analyses and risk assessments
• Provide guidance on safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety requirements are met
• Participate in safety reviews and audits
• Development and analysis of fault trees
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems safety engineering
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
