Principal Systems Engineer

****Required Skill Sets:
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
• KSA in Mission Protection, Mission Resiliency, Customer Operations, Tasking, and/or Collections. • Experience with project management.
• Experience working collaboratively in team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor) RFC impact review and assessment experience.
• Experience in enterprise level planning and implementation. • Systems installation, integration, and test experience.
• An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.

****Desired Skill Sets:

• Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods.
• Customer relationships
. • Working across contract and location boundaries.
• Atlassian JIRA and Confluence beneficial.
• Years of Experience Required (if any): Minimum 8+ (P4) years of prior engineering experience.
• Education Level Required: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8+ years of prior engineering experience.
