About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Principal Supply Chain Business Analyst to provide advanced business analysis, supply chain analytics, data modeling, reporting, and business intelligence support across Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet, and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes complex Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet, and Operations data using SQL to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develops and optimizes data models, data warehouse tables, reports, and Power BI dashboards using data from multiple sources.
- Applies Python and AI tools for data transformation, process automation, advanced analytics, and reporting.
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, actionable insights, and executive-level reporting.
- Leads strategic projects and serve as a subject matter expert, providing recommendations, presentations, guidance, and mentorship to support business and operational decisions.
NOTE: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.
Job Type: 4-month contract with potential opportunity for conversion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Materials Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet, Operations Management, Materials Management, Information Technology, or a related business area.
- Equivalent education/experience accepted: (Associate's degree + 12+ years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED + 14+ years of relevant experience)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong data analysis, communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to understand business operations and industry trends.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical business practices.
