    Help Noble Machines Deploy the Future of Physical AI

    Location: Sunnyvale, California (Hybrid)
    Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000+, depending on experience
    Annual Bonus: 10%–15%

    The Opportunity

    This is a highly strategic, customer-facing leadership role at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Sales, and Enterprise Customer Success.

    As Principal Solutions Architect, you will connect customer needs with Noble Machines' technical capabilities. You will design solutions, lead complex deployments, and ensure customers realize the full value of the company's robotics platform.

    You will play a critical role in accelerating enterprise adoption, shaping product direction, and developing scalable deployment practices. As the company grows, this position may also offer the opportunity to help build and lead an Application Engineering team.

    What You'll Do

    Lead Enterprise Customer Engagements

    • Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout the pre-sales and deployment lifecycle

    • Understand customers' operational challenges and design scalable robotics solutions

    • Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders

    • Present complex technical concepts clearly to engineering teams and executive audiences

    Drive Successful Deployments

    • Lead enterprise implementations from solution design through production deployment

    • Develop deployment strategies, implementation plans, and technical success criteria

    • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout customer engagements

    • Create repeatable deployment methodologies and implementation best practices

    Partner Across the Organization

    • Collaborate closely with Sales to accelerate technical evaluations and shorten sales cycles

    • Partner with Product Management to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities

    • Work alongside Engineering to solve complex deployment challenges and improve platform capabilities

    • Help scale customer success through process improvements and technical enablement

    Influence Product Strategy

    • Capture customer insights that inform future product development

    • Recommend improvements that increase platform adoption and customer value

    • Help establish Noble Machines as a trusted technology partner in industrial automation and Physical AI

    What You'll Bring

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical discipline

    • 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, application engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, systems integration, enterprise implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role

    • Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise deployments

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership

    • Experience collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in a technical field

    • Experience with robotics, Physical AI, industrial automation, Edge AI, autonomous systems, or automotive technology

    • Computer vision or perception-stack experience

    • Background supporting complex enterprise software and hardware deployments

    • Experience working with industrial customers in manufacturing, construction, mining, logistics, or energy

    • Interest in eventually building and leading an Application Engineering team

    • Shorten technical sales cycles through strategic solution design and technical leadership

    • Influence product direction by bringing the voice of the customer into product planning

    • Become a trusted advisor to customers, executives, and cross-functional teams

    • Base salary of $200,000–$250,000+, depending on experience
