Principal Solution Architect

Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Principal Solution Architect to join our architecture and innovation team focused on our TIME (Hi-tech, Information Services, Media & Entertainment) business unit. This senior architect role will serve as a critical bridge between sales, delivery, and innovation teams, driving strategic architectural decisions, delivering innovative solutions, and supporting our clients through cutting-edge emerging technologies including generative AI and AI/ML.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams to deeply understand client requirements, business challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions and compelling points of view.
• Architect comprehensive technology solutions, including creating proposals, conducting architecture consulting sessions, and developing proofs of concept (POCs) to validate approaches.
• Serve as the principal advisor and technical expert for generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI/ML projects within the TIME business unit, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological best practices.
• Partner closely with the innovation and incubation teams to ideate, design, and develop new offerings, solutions frameworks, and demonstrations to showcase value to customers.
• Provide thought leadership, strategic guidance, and mentorship within architecture teams, enhancing capability across the business unit.
• Engage proactively in industry trends, maintaining expertise in cutting-edge technologies relevant to hi-tech, information services, media, and entertainment sectors.
• Collaborate with corporate technology practices teams to support proposal development and contribute reusable assets and architectural patterns.
• Apply expertise in solutioning in product engineering, cloud engineering (across AWS, GCP, and Azure), data engineering, quality assurance, and DevOps practices to build comprehensive, scalable, and secure solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture roles, with significant exposure to hi-tech, information services, media, or entertainment industries.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI/ML technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading architecture consulting engagements, delivering POCs, and winning client confidence through effective solution demonstrations.
• Solid experience in product engineering lifecycle, cloud-native architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure, and modern data engineering platforms.
• Working knowledge of QA strategies, automation frameworks, and full-stack DevOps practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
• Demonstrated capability in innovation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build consensus, and influence outcomes at all levels
