Location: Madison, WI
Position Type: Full Time
Compensation:
Pay Range:$190,000-$200,000 Per Year
Description:
Join our IT Software Engineering team in Madison, WI, as a senior technical authority.
This full-time role involves integrating digital technologies, enhancing customer-facing portals, and ensuring system reliability and security.
Requires expertise in enterprise-scale systems and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply expert knowledge to complex initiatives and exercise independent judgment to achieve results.
Troubleshoot and diagnose high-complexity issues for major software platforms.
Guide engineers and provide technical expertise to product teams.
Design scalable platforms in collaboration with product teams.
Build internal partnerships with leadership, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Expertise in one or more object-oriented programming languages.
Experience with web services, databases, and cloud-based frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile development tools and programming languages.
Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
