Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead the creation and innovation of software solutions and technical strategies
- Mentor and guide engineering team members on best practices and architectural decisions

Requirements
- 12–15 years of professional software engineering experience
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and building large-scale software systems
- Strong proficiency in software architecture and system design principles
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
