Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal Salesforce Platform Architect in Boston, MA. We are hiring a senior Salesforce Architect to lead platform strategy and architecture within a complex higher education environment. The shedule is Monday through Thursday onsite in Boston; Friday remote. This is a 6 month contract to hire position.

The architect will own target state architecture, platform roadmaps, design governance, integrations, data and identity strategy, and technical direction across multiple Salesforce delivery streams.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect required; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect -
- 12+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in an architect role overseeing multiple delivery streams
- Multi org and multi cloud architecture experience
- Enterprise Salesforce integration architecture
- Experience establishing architecture standards and governance
- Experience defining target state architecture and Salesforce roadmaps
- Experience leading architecture governance, design authority, and technical standards across multiple teams or vendors
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, sharing, automation, Apex, Flow, triggers, DevOps, and release management
- Strong integration architecture experience connecting Salesforce with ERP, SIS, or middleware platforms
- Experience working directly with Product Owners and business leadership on platform priorities and investment decisions
- Higher education experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Education Cloud, MuleSoft, Workday, Banner, ServiceNow, Informatica, Kafka, Snowflake, or Tableau is highly valuable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
