Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Principal-Pruitt Investment Advisors to join our dynamic healthcare team. A central part of the role is collaboration. The Principal works alongside the Pruitt Financial Services and Pruitt Agency teams to help their clients design, install, and administer retirement plan benefits, and to coordinate those benefits with the insurance, employee benefit, and financial planning services those teams already provide. The intent is a single, coordinated client experience across advisory, agency, and plan services rather than three separate conversations.
The role is both an operating leadership position and an advisory one. It requires the judgment to make decisions for the advisory firm, the discipline to meet fiduciary and regulatory obligations, and the relationship skills to work through other teams whose clients the incumbent does not own. The Arcare Foundation office serves as the primary office location, with regular presence across the Arcare and Pruitt service footprint.

We foster a supportive, collaborative environment where employees are valued, encouraged to grow, and empowered to make a meaningful impact through their work. We invest in our people by supporting professional development, encouraging leadership growth, and providing opportunities to build long-term careers within the organization. A healthy work-life balance and a predictable schedule are part of our workplace culture.
Whether caring for patients in the clinic, supporting operations behind the scenes, or serving communities through outreach and education, our teams are united by a shared purpose: delivering compassionate, accessible care that improves lives.
Arcare offers competitive pay and a strong company-paid benefits package for full-time employees, including:
