Principal Program Manager - Contract (8-12 months) - Security Compliance Programs. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Global Security Compliance.

Job Summary:

The Principal Program Manager will manage, track, and report on the execution of Security Compliance Programs while partnering with C-suite executives and mobilizing cross-functional teams to ensure success. The role demands a strong focus on execution, transformation, risk escalation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering alignment between strategic goals and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key partner to the VP and C-suite leaders, translating strategic goals into actionable program plans while aligning priorities across large, cross-functional teams.
  • Lead execution and transformation programs, driving enterprise-wide compliance efforts through strategic initiatives, agility, and operational excellence.
  • Track and report program milestones and KPIs using data insights to inform decision-making, with a strong focus on OKRs and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly standup meetings with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and required actions.
  • Identify and escalate risks or challenges to leadership, providing actionable recommendations for timely resolution.
  • Influence organizational strategy by leveraging insights and operational effectiveness to continually scale compliance processes.
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, optimizing outcomes and delivering measurable program success.

This position focuses on execution excellence, enabling seamless cross-functional collaboration and business transformation while reporting actionable insights to senior leadership.
