    OCI Infrastructure Sourcing & Planning is seeking a Principal Program Manager to join its Central Programs team. This role leads and enables critical, complex infrastructure programs that span site selection, network connectivity, energy, and business operations. The TPM brings structure to ambiguous, interdependent work; aligns technical and business stakeholders; and drives decisions and execution from early planning through delivery.

    The successful candidate will own integrated program plans, dependencies, risks, and executive communications across a broad portfolio of infrastructure initiatives. They will translate business objectives into actionable plans, establish operating mechanisms that improve predictability, and proactively remove blockers across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
