What you’ll tackle

• Production support and manufacturing improvements across cells and lines.
• Supplier partnerships: audits, vendor visits, and capability development.
• Drawing reviews with strong GD&T application; manage and implement ECOs.
• Design for Manufacturability guidance on new designs before release.
• Hands-on work with machining, castings, forgings, sheet metal, heat treat, and other aerospace processes.
• Own manufacturing challenges so design engineers can stay focused on innovation.

What you bring

• Must-have: strong GD&T experience.
• Background in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Experience with machining and other complex manufacturing processes.
• Supplier development or process improvement track record.
• Self-starter mindset; thrives in a fast-paced environment; high ownership.
