    Job Description:

    The Principal Product Manager is responsible for influencing product strategy across multiple products, business units, or market segments. This role provides deep subject matter expertise, leads highly complex initiatives, and partners with leadership to drive product innovation and business outcomes.

    This role requires a strong technical foundation, AI literacy, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes through cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate has experience working with SaaS platforms, service-oriented architectures, and large-scale consumer-facing products while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Lead highly complex product initiatives spanning multiple products, platforms, or business units.
    • Architect advanced product roadmaps and strategies that align with organizational objectives.
    • Establish standards and best practices for continuous improvement in product development.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
    • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level Product Management strategy.
    • Exceptional communication skills to influence executive leadership.
    • Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing portals (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com).
    • Experience with consumer-facing digital platforms, e-commerce solutions, or other high-volume online experiences.
    • Strong understanding of the real estate technology landscape.
    • AI literacy, including practical experience leveraging AI tools, AI-enabled products, AI agents, or AI-driven workflows in product development.
    • Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, measure product success, and drive business outcomes through data-informed decision making.
    • Technical background or experience working with service-oriented architectures.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with e-commerce, transactional platforms, or top CRM companies.
    • Product management experience with MLS platforms, within real estate brokerages, or at proptech companies.
    • Master's degree or advanced technical degree.

    Annual Pay Range:
    111,900 - 160,000 USD
