Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of software-based technical product management experience.
5 years of experience managing and leading teams of product managers.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building consumer products in e-commerce, personalization products, and building AI-first product experiences at scale.
Experience driving strategy, providing detailed technical guidance to the team, and demonstrated thought leadership around setting an ambitious product outlook.
Cross-functional stakeholder management and experience communicating with C-level executives.
Leadership experience in hiring and developing product managers and coaching a high-performance team.
Problem solving skills and technical abilities in areas related to platform infrastructure, data ecosystems, and organizational capabilities.
Passion for technology and technical depth to uncover causes of complex technical problems and provide guidance on solving them.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $281000 - $391000 (USD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits
