Principal Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior PO

This role requires a seasoned product management professional to drive product strategy and execution in a B2B or platform SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading product initiatives from conception to successful outcomes, with a strong emphasis on user discovery and evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product management initiatives from problem framing through discovery, launch, and measured outcomes.
• Engage in hands-on continuous discovery practices, including user interviews and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product risks, including legal, security, finance, and GTM.
• Conduct substantive conversations with engineering teams regarding architecture and trade-offs.
• Influence senior stakeholders and make evidence-based decisions, including the ability to say no when necessary.
• Communicate effectively in writing to convey product visions and strategies.

• Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in product management.
  • 3 years at a lead, principal, or equivalent senior individual contributor level.
  • Experience in B2B or platform SaaS environments.
  • Fluency in product risks and ability to lead viability discussions.
  • Strong technical literacy for discussions with engineering teams.
  • Onsite work in Alpharetta, GA, a minimum of two days per week.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership.
  • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
  • Direct experience with SVPG methodology or similar rigorous discovery practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

  Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in higher education or healthcare systems.
  • Experience in post-merger or platform-consolidation environments.
  • Track record of coaching or upleveling other product managers.
