Job Description

Use scientific methodologies and circuit design techniques to develop manufacturable products from a comprehensive integrated systems perspective.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute the design, development, and integration for high-volume manufacturing of hardware components.
• Hands-on involvement with developing proof-of-concept designs, prototypes of power electronics hardware.
• Analyze manufacturing options to optimally meet overall system integration requirements and objectives

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering and 5-15 years of recent and relevant high-power design
• Experience with electronic design using Altium or other modern design tools
• Design for manufacturing experience.
• Successfully demonstrated taking a product from design to high volume manufacturing.
• Strong analytic skills in analog circuit design.
• Sufficient hands-on experience with designing various kinds of DC/DC conversion circuits.
• Circuit analysis with PSpice and/or MATLAB required.
• Knowledge of DC/AC Grid tied Inverters.
• Knowledge of digital power circuit design and implementation desired.
• Self-motivated and determined
• Familiarities with one or more areas below are a plus:
