Salary Range: $125,000 to $180,000 per year, based on experience
Terrific Elementary and Middle School Principal positions with a New York City Charter Network for the upcoming 2027-2028 school year.
The Principals will be responsible for ensuring overall excellence and strong student outcomes. Ideal candidates will come from a high performing charter school network and have a demonstrated record of fostering academic success.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and set the standard for excellence in instructional knowledge, planning, and implementation
  • Foster a school culture that is joyful and and rigorous for staff, students, and families
  • Build relationships with staff, students, and families
  • Utilize a data driven approach to ensure success in academic outcomes for all students across subject areas
  • Develop the school leadership team to effectively manage and coach
  • Create standards for problem solving and student outcomes ensuring a commitment to student outcomes 
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience and 2+ years of relevant principal experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience at a high-performing charter school/network is preferred
  • History of strong academic outcomes
  • Strong connection to the organization's mission and educational philosophy
  • Ability to provide an influential leadership presence and an experienced people manager
  • Data-driven with a clear vision of instructional excellence
