Want to own the whole marketing story for a company building intelligent robots for real industrial work? We are looking for a hands-on senior marketer to make our story clear, credible, and commercially useful, someone who will create qualified enterprise demand, define our position in Physical AI, and bring our systems to life for the people who buy them.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is an enterprise Physical AI company building intelligent robots for complex industrial work. Their systems combine a world model, robotics, and a Physical AI platform to perform demanding logistics workflows, including trailer loading, trailer unloading, and airport baggage handling, at the speed, reliability, and safety levels required for high-volume operations. Their world model powers real-time perception, planning, and execution across physical environments, with the interpretability required for industrial deployment.
Headquartered in San Francisco, California, our client is backed by world-class investors and is a diverse, multidisciplinary team with a culture built on passion, trust, and dedication.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a Principal-level individual-contributor position reporting to the VP, Product & Growth, with company-wide functional ownership and no direct reports initially. You will set direction, choose priorities, and personally create and measure the work. The role has four priorities: enterprise demand; category positioning and content generation; executive voice, social, and content distribution; and events, trade media, and industry engagement.
It is designed for a senior marketer who wants broad ownership and still enjoys hands-on work. You will work directly with executive leadership and partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. AI-driven workflows and automation will be core to the function, with human review wherever strategy, creative quality, technical accuracy, or confidentiality matters.
WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS ROLE
- Own marketing company-wide and shape how an entire category understands Physical AI.
- Do work that is both strategic and hands-on, without waiting on a large specialist team.
- Work directly with executive leadership and partner across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Build the AI-driven workflows that define how a modern marketing function operates.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create Qualified Enterprise Demand
- Partner with Sales on priority segments, target accounts, buyer needs, lead criteria, and follow-up.
- Design and run focused account-based and industry campaigns that connect technical differentiation to real operational problems.
- Build the campaign journeys, content, landing experiences, and tracking needed to scale what works.
- Report sourced and influenced pipeline honestly, with a documented attribution method that distinguishes engagement from qualified demand.
Build Category Positioning and Content
- Define positioning, value proposition, audience messaging, and the competitive story across Physical AI, robotics, and warehouse automation.
- Translate technical capabilities and deployment realities into clear narratives for business and technical audiences.
- Maintain a core message framework used across the website, sales materials, launches, executive communications, recruiting, and events.
- Personally create content across videos, demos, technical explainers, launches, web, presentations, and sales enablement.
Lead Executive Voice, Social Media, and Content Distribution
- Build credible voices for the company and its executives, and run the editorial calendar from drafting through publication.
- Turn important product, technical, company, and market moments into channel-specific content.
- Repurpose and distribute priority content across social, web, email, executive channels, and Sales.
- Measure whether the work reaches and engages target buyers, partners, technical audiences, media, and talent.
Coordinate Events, Trade Media, and Industry Engagement
- Own the company presence at priority events, including MODEX, ProMat, and NVIDIA GTC, from planning through follow-up.
- Coordinate schedules, collateral, executive participation, target-account meetings, and lead capture with internal teams and vendors.
- Build relationships with relevant business, AI, robotics, logistics, supply-chain, and trade media, develop pitches, and prepare spokespeople.
Use AI and Automation Across the Function
- Build repeatable AI-driven workflows for research, content creation, campaigns, distribution, follow-up, and reporting.
- Automate repetitive work where it improves speed or quality, and measure the results.
- Document each workflow and set clear requirements for human review, source verification, confidentiality, and data handling.
HOW THE ROLE IS PRIORITIZED
The expected allocation is directional and will shift with business needs:
- 30% Enterprise demand and focused campaigns
- 25% Category positioning and content generation
- 25% Executive voice, social, and content distribution
- 20% Events, trade media, and industry engagement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience or comparable work demonstrating Principal-level judgment and ownership.
- Experience operating with solo-marketer scope in a complex technology environment, owning both strategy and execution without relying on a large specialist team.
- Experience marketing enterprise AI, physical AI, robotics, or complex industrial technology to enterprise operations buyers in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, fleet, or manufacturing.
- Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to turn technical products into clear positioning, videos, demos, explainers, launches, sales materials, and campaigns.
- Evidence of audience or demand growth you can defend with numbers, including the channel, timeframe, method, and business result.
- Experience partnering with Sales on targeting, account-based programs, lead or opportunity creation, follow-up, and defensible pipeline measurement.
- Regular use of AI tools in your own work, including at least one repeatable AI-driven workflow or automation with measurable results and appropriate review and data controls.
- Ability to work regularly from the Bay Area headquarters, with 10-20% travel to customer sites and priority industry events.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience marketing enterprise AI, physical AI, or robotics products to enterprise buyers.
- Experience in an adjacent technical market such as industrial automation, autonomy, AI infrastructure, logistics technology, connected operations, supply-chain software, or developer tools.
- Experience marketing products used in production or another operationally complex environment.
- Relationships with relevant business, technology, AI, robotics, logistics, or supply-chain media and analysts.
- Experience designing event programs around target accounts, executive participation, and follow-up.
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- Base salary: $180,000 to $210,000 depending on experience.
- Equity as part of a total rewards package.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Additional compensation elements depending on eligibility.
