Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Reading area to expand our reach.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client has the protection they need.

Mentor a small team of agents by sharing industry insights and effective sales strategies.

Manage your own book of business with a focus on long-term client retention and satisfaction.

Collaborate with the home office to streamline our internal processes and improve the customer experience.

Participate in local community events to increase the presence and reputation of The Atlantic District.

Current Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.

Demonstrated track record of success in independent insurance sales.

Deep understanding of the Reading, PA business landscape.

Strong ability to mentor and guide junior agents toward success.

Excellent verbal communication skills for effective networking and relationship management.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent client meetings.
