Principal Engineer

L2 will be inperson in client office with client panel and scenario based hands-on check along with theoretical in two rounds as needed. •Ability respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.

Interview process:

Required skills:

Proficiency with the following skills.,

• C#/MVC/ Web API
•Design Patterns
•Angular (Preferred current versions)
•React
•Sql Server / Cosmos Db
•Experience with Azure Services
•Experience in RAG/Graph (Preferred)


Job Description/ Responsibilities:

•12+ years overall exp with, 8+ years of related experience developing software. Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
•Ability respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.
•Strong analytical skills
•Bachelor’s degree in technical field. Master’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
•Adaptive leadership style, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels.
