Job Description

Position Overview:

Micas Networks is seeking a Principal Ecosystem Architect to serve as the company's senior technical leader for strategic ecosystem engagement and AI networking solutions.

This highly visible individual contributor will bridge Product Management, Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales, and strategic technology partners to accelerate the adoption of next-generation AI infrastructure.

The Principal AI Ecosystem Architect will define reference architectures, drive joint solution development, promote Micas product, influence product strategy through direct customer engagement, and represent Micas as a technical thought leader across the AI infrastructure industry.

Success in this role is measured by the ability to:

• Accelerate joint ecosystem solutions
• Influence Micas' product roadmap through market intelligence

• Position Micas as a recognized AI networking technology leader

This role combines deep technical expertise, product vision, industry influence, public speaking, and executive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive AI Ecosystem Solutions  

• Lead the technical strategy for joint AI networking solutions across the ecosystem.
• Develop reference architectures, validated designs, and solution blueprints for AI infrastructure deployments.
• Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Business Development to create differentiated AI networking solutions.
• Identify emerging technologies and ecosystem opportunities that strengthen Micas' portfolio.
• Build Solution and product SKU in SFDC for GTM& promotion

Represent Micas as a Technical Leader

• Serve as one of Micas' primary technical ambassadors to customers, partners, analysts, and industry communities.
• Present at industry conferences, customer executive briefings, webinars, and technical workshops.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations to executive and engineering audiences.
• Create thought leadership content including white papers, technical blogs, solution briefs, and reference architectures.

Shape Product Strategy

• Engage directly with customers and ecosystem partners to understand evolving AI infrastructure requirements.
• Translate customer and market feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to influence hardware, software, AI networking, and platform roadmaps.
• Deliver competitive intelligence and market insights that help guide long-term product strategy.

Influence Across the Organization

• Provide technical leadership across Engineering, Product Management, Customer Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Build alignment around strategic ecosystem initiatives.
• Mentor technical teams on AI networking technologies and industry trends.
• Influence organizational direction through technical expertise rather than formal authority.

Qualification:

• 10+ years of experience in networking, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or data center technologies.
• Deep understanding of Ethernet networking and modern AI infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as:
• • AI networking architectures
  • Ethernet switching
  • RoCEv2 / RDMA
  • SONiC
  • High-speed Ethernet (400G / 800G / 1.6T)
  • Optical networking
  • GPU cluster networking
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience influencing product strategy through customer engagement.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives without direct organizational authority.

Preferred Experience:

We welcome candidates from one or both of the following backgrounds:

Technical Product Leadership

Experience as a Principal Product Manager, Product Architect, Technical Product Leader, or Technical Marketing Engineer responsible for networking, AI infrastructure, or cloud platforms.

OR

Customer-Facing Technical Leadership

Experience as a Principal Solutions Architect, Field CTO, Distinguished Systems Engineer, Technical Evangelist, or Ecosystem Architect supporting enterprise customers, cloud providers, OEMs, or strategic technology partnerships.

Experience in networking, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, hyperscale, or enterprise technology industries is highly desirable.
