Job Title: Security Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect with a strong background in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security architectures that protect our organization's information systems and data. This role requires a deep understanding of security principles, risk management, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security architectures that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate security practices into Agile development processes.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices and security best practices.
- Stay current with emerging security technologies and trends to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.
- Lead security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Mandatory Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Expertise in security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
- Proficiency in risk management and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Experience with cloud security and securing cloud based applications.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing security solutions in complex environments.
