Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll, Compensation, Time Management, and HR processes.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with strong US Payroll expertise.
Strong knowledge of Gross-to-Net processing, including taxes, BSI, garnishments, net payments, bank transfers, and process models.
Good understanding of Benefits, Payroll Time Management, Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
Knowledge of US Payroll schemas and PCRs.
Experience with tax reporting (PU19), off-cycle payroll, and BSI TaxFactory.
Experience with payroll year-end service packs and HR Support Package (HRSP) deployments.
Hands-on experience with payroll postings, month-end accruals, and 401(k) processes.
