Principal Consultant – SAP Finance/IM/WM

We are seeking a Principal Consultant to support a large-scale SAP implementation project. This role requires strong SAP Finance expertise combined with hands-on experience in Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) to help drive a successful global template rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to identify and document business requirements
• Identify gaps between the global SAP template and current business operations
• Assist with migrating the site to SAP and aligning with global business processes
• Identify business process changes and recommend solutions
• Support organizational change management initiatives
• Develop end-user training documentation
• Lead testing and design implementation of system changes
• Lead and support business cutover activities
