"Perform standard system programming activities like configuration, installation & maintenance using SMP/E, and vendor software installations in the mainframe environment.
"Perform Operating System upgrade and RSU maintenance via z/OSMF Workflow.
"Advanced System Management: Architect, install, and configure highly complex z/OS environments and third-party software.
"Support Software Standardization and new Feature implementations.
"Support other team: storage management, performance tuning, capacity planning, security, networking, and operating procedures from zOS perspective.
"Work with Mainframe System Programmers staff across tracks to enhance the mainframe environment.
"Assist team members to solve problems, make innovative improvements and make decisions.
